      Bank pass books relating to Prince Albert’s (1819-61) various personal and official accounts.

      Included in this collection are bank pass books covering Prince Albert’s main, constable, treasurer and stud accounts. The bank pass books record the transactions on an account conducted at the bank. The transactions record Prince Albert’s personal spending reflecting his tastes and interests, as well as his official duties and involvement with the Royal Household.
