      c.1870-3

      RCIN 2084374

Glass plate negative featuring two almost identical views of the Queen's Bed Room in Buckingham Palace. General view of the room looking away from the bed. It includes paintings, cabinets, a covered table and a fireplace with an overmantle mirror. The ceiling is a complicated moulded design with rosettes, garlands and lozenges

The glass plate negative has been photographed showing the coated side and therefore the image appears laterally reversed. A print from this negative exists in the Collection, RCIN 2103832.
