Lucy Kerr (1822-74)

26 - 26 Jul 1854

RCIN 2083108

Glass plate negative of a full length portrait of Lucy Kerr (1822-74) seated, facing three-quarters to the right. She is seated beneath a bust. A man in top hat stands on the left side of the photograph, reading a piece of paper. Photograph taken at Osborne House.

The glass plate negative has been photographed showing the coated side and therefore the image appears laterally reversed. A print from this negative, excluding the male figure, exists in the Collection, RCIN 2906540.
