Letter written on a train from Strasbourg to Paris. Cole reports he will send a plan for the building of the Albert Hall and the raising of the money. R. Redgrave and his brother Samuel have been looking at every large chamber likely to offer suggestions regarding the building of the Albert Hall. Asks that General Grey show the scheme to Queen Victoria. Includes his plan for the erection of the Albert Hall.
