Letter from the Prince Consort to Lord John Russell reporting that the Queen wishes Lady Frances not be sent to 'too unhealthy a station', as she believes she makes a better diplomat than her husband. The Prince also writes that the Princess Royal would like Gentz's series of historical reports to be published and asks if Russell can find a copy in the Foreign Office.
