Letter from the Duke of Norfolk to Colonel Charles Beaumont Phipps acknowledging receipt of a memorandum on the proposed regulations for Retired Allowances and Widows Pensions. He states that although there are no objections he feels that the sum awarded is still not enough for a Widows Pension.
