    Letter from Lord Liverpool to Prince Albert enclosing a list of the Knights of the Garter (see VIC/MAIN/Z/470/86). He also notes that the Bishop of Winchester is the first prelate of the order and that Sir A. Clifford, the Usher of the Black Rod, is also an officer of the order.
