A photograph of a drawing by Raphael (c.1515-16) formerly in the Devonshire Collection, Chatsworth House, now in the Jean Bonna Collection, Geneva. The drawing is a preparatory study for the cartoon of 'The Conversion of Saul', one from a set of ten tapestries illustrating episodes from the lives of St Peter and St Paul commissioned by Pope Leo X for the Sistine Chapel. A copy of the drawing survives in the Teylers Museum, Haarlem (inv. no.A 59; see RCIN 853147).
