This drawing depicts an old draped man and it was traditionally attributed to Raphael and then later to his school. Following a proposal by Pouncey, this drawing was ascribed to Biagio Pupini. This drawing was known in the past as 'La Perle orientale' of Padre Sebastiano Resta's collection.
